Returns & Exchanges

At OOTO CLOTHING, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt for tracking; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
